As a Full-Time Janitor at Scrub Squad, you will be responsible for upkeeping the common areas and high-traffic areas of apartment complexes. You should be willing to travel or live in Newtown Square or the surrounding area, as this will be your primary job location. Your duties will include maintaining cleanliness, addressing immediate cleaning needs, and ensuring the overall appearance of the premises meets our high standards.
TEAM LEAD

The Team Lead position at Scrub Squad is a supervisory role where you will oversee a team of 10-20 cleaners. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all assigned cleaning tasks are completed to the Scrub Squad standard. As a Team Lead, you will act as the liaison between your team and management, addressing any issues or concerns that arise. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in quality control, ensuring that our services consistently meet and exceed client expectations. Team Leads also have the opportunity to earn a commission for securing or upholding new cleaning contracts.
